The White Rock x 'Broiler' chicken is the same breed as commercial growers use, but raising them on pasture gives you a bird with the big tender breasts you are used to, plus the added flavor and health benefits that can only be achieved by allowing them to roam outside in the fresh air, feeding on bugs and forages.
All of our chickens are out on pasture from the time they leave the brooder, to the day they are processed. They are moved daily, giving them unlimited access to fresh greens, insects, clean water and Ontario grown, non-medicated, non-GMO feed.
